What is your shipping and return policy?

  • Free ground shipping on all domestic orders over $75. 
  • Orders will ship out no later than 2 days from order date.

    We want you to be 100% satisfied with your PPLJ  purchase. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of in-store purchase OR 14 days from delivery arrival. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us here and we’ll make things right.

    If the item was a gift and you DO NOT have the receipt, you will be issued an account credit for the last known sale price. If you can provide a receipt or other proof of purchase, within 10 days, we will refund you the paid amount in the form of a merchandise credit to your account.

    All SALE items are final.

    How do I return or exchange an item?

    To return or exchange an item purchased in-store, please bring the unworn item/s with tags attached within 10 days of original purchase date for an exchange or refund. Refunds will go back to the original form of payment. If you return the item/s within 11-20 day period, you will receive a credit in the form of an OHEY gift card. No returns past 20 days.

    To return or exchange an item purchased online, please email us at: retail@pilatespluslajolla.com. Include your name and order number and we will gladly send you a return label via email within 48 hours, as long as the return is within the 14-day return window and is eligible.

    If you would like to exchange an item/s purchased online, please email or check the website to see if the items are in stock and let us know the size and color you'd like to exchange for. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.) Once your return is received, your new item/s will be mailed USPS for free.
